In one paragraph: This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms — the only way it collects anything is if you choose to email us. The Vonera platform itself, used by our pharma CDMO/CRO customers, handles more data (accounts, proposals, chemistry data) and that handling is described in Sections 3–8 below.
Vonera Private Limited (“Vonera,” “we,” “us”), registered at Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082, India, builds proposal and costing software for pharmaceutical CDMO and CRO bid desks. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
This policy covers two different things, and they are not the same: this marketing website (vonera.in), and the Vonera platform used by our customers’ teams to manage proposals. Section 2 covers the former; Sections 3 onward cover the latter.
vonera.in is a static marketing site. As of the date above, it does not:
The only way this site can receive your information is if you click a “Book a walkthrough” or “Get a custom quote” link and choose to send us an email. That opens your own email application; nothing is transmitted to us until you actually send the message. If you do, we receive whatever your email contains — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message — and handle it as described in Sections 4 and 8.

When a pharma CDMO or CRO customer uses Vonera, we process personal data belonging to that customer’s own team — the people who log in and use the platform. This typically includes:

Access to a customer’s data within Vonera is scoped to that customer’s own authorised users. Vonera staff do not hold a standing login inside a customer’s tenant; any staff access is an exceptional, logged step taken only where necessary (for example, to resolve a support issue), consistent with what is described on our Governance & IP page.
We apply the following safeguards to platform data:
No system is completely immune to compromise. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
We retain platform data for as long as your organisation’s account with us is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Emails sent to us through this website are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your query, unless you become a customer, in which case ordinary business-record retention applies.

Vonera is a business tool built for pharmaceutical CDMO and CRO teams and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this policy as the website or platform changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where required by law, we will seek fresh consent before applying a change to how existing data is used.
