Mahender Rao Siripragada has worked at the intersection of chemistry, drug development, technology transfer, commercial manufacturing, project management and regulatory affairs — building the R&D and CDMO capabilities that take a molecule from laboratory concept to a reliable, market-ready product. His career spans leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s, Orchid, Panacea Biotec, Alembic and Neuland, and a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from IICT grounds work across API R&D, process development, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing and CDMO strategy.

From Principal Scientist at Dr. Reddy’s to President of R&D at Neuland, he has repeatedly built systems around science — taking promising chemistry and making it reproducible, scalable, compliant and commercially sustainable. Today he advises pharmaceutical and CDMO organisations, including Vonera, on R&D strategy, API and NCE development, and process and technology transfer.

Ramesh P holds a postgraduate degree in Thermal Engineering from IIT, New Delhi and built his career in the IT industry across global delivery roles, meeting customer commitments across large accounts, projects and programs. His experience spans customer experience management, P&L accountability, team development, strategy and execution — the discipline of turning a plan into something a team can actually deliver.

He advises a number of IT and non-IT organisations in various capacities, including a long-standing engagement with the Saadvi team on people and financial management. As a business coach, he works to keep teams aligned to strategy and centred on the customer — bringing that same discipline to how Vonera scales.

Mahipal B is a software engineer and data architect who has delivered enterprise solutions across the USA, Australia, South Africa and Singapore, specialising in modernising legacy data environments — migrating SQL Server and SSIS/SSAS systems to Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI — while building scalable ELT pipelines and cloud-native architectures.

His expertise spans Azure Synapse and data engineering, Power BI and DAX, full-stack development across React, Node.js and .NET, cross-platform mobile with Flutter and React Native, and API security and architecture. He holds a Master’s degree (M.Sc. Hons, Economics) with a Master of Management Studies (M.M.S.) from BITS, Pilani.
